Delivery
We deliver the car to Phuket Airport, your hotel, villa or condo. The delivery and return price depends on the zone — see the table. Pick-up at our office in Thalang is free.
- Our delivery team works Mon — Sat, 10:00 — 18:00.
- 07:00 — 10:00 and 18:00 — 22:00 — on request, 500 ฿ extra. No delivery or collection from 22:01 to 06:59.
- Arriving at night? We will deliver the car during the next working hours, and our driver will take you from the airport to your hotel: 1,000 ฿ during the day and 1,200 ฿ at night (21:00 — 06:00) if you rent for more than 10 days, otherwise 1,450 and 1,650 ฿.
- You choose the pick-up and return zones when booking — they can be different.
- At pick-up our staff inspect the car with you and note any damage and the fuel level in the agreement.

Delivery questions
Our delivery team works Mon — Sat, 10:00 — 18:00. At other times:

- 22:01 — 06:59 — no delivery or collection: we will bring or collect the car during the next working hours, and our driver will take you to your hotel or the airport.
One way: if you rent a car for more than 10 days — 1,000 ฿ during the day and 1,200 ฿ at night (21:00 — 06:00); otherwise 1,450 and 1,650 ฿.
Our Thai staff member, who speaks English, delivers the car and helps you with the paperwork. The agreement is in English and Thai, and we provide safety instructions. If you have any questions, call us on +66 660 600 699 (WhatsApp, Viber, Line).
At pick-up our staff inspect and photograph the car with you and note any damage, the fuel level, the deposit and the rental amount in the agreement; you keep a copy. At return the car condition and fuel level are checked against the agreement.
With a full or almost full tank; the level is noted in the agreement. Return the car with the same level or pay for the missing fuel based on the full-tank price stated in the agreement.
